About this role
Maisha HR Consulting Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and experienced Driver to join their Operations team in Nairobi.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, reliable and professional driving services while supporting the organisation\'s day-to-day operational and logistics activities.
The ideal candidate should have a valid driving licence, a minimum of four years\' driving experience, preferably in commercial, delivery or operational driving, and a strong understanding of road safety and responsible vehicle handling.
The candidate should be dependable, punctual, professional and able to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety, confidentiality and customer service.
Requirements
Valid Kenyan driving licence for the appropriate vehicle class.
Minimum 4 years of professional driving experience.
Commercial driving, delivery driving or operational driving experience is highly preferred.
KCSE Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Certificate of Good Conduct.
Good knowledge of Nairobi routes and surrounding areas.
Demonstrated knowledge of road safety and defensive driving practices.
Good vehicle handling and basic vehicle inspection knowledge.
Ability to maintain accurate vehicle, trip and delivery records.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliability, punctuality and professional conduct.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling company or client information.
